Therefore, this study conducted to analyze some genetic variation criteria, comparison of the different assignment methods and assignment of individuals to eight populations of Iranian native dogs using 13 autosomal  microsatellite markers (C26.73320; CXX.6727,10,18; FH20609,20; FH20169,20; FH2790; FH2795; FH2914; FH3053; REN59H07; REN87O21; REN126A15; REN144M10 and REN86G15). The blood and tissue samples were taken from the dogs and total DNAs of the samples were extracted using salting out or enzymatic digestion methods. The results indicated that the least and the most diversity for Sangsari population (0.53) and Kurdish population (0.72), respectively. The individual’s assignment was done using 7 different methods. Among the methods base on the likelihood, the Baudouin and Lebrun method and among the methods base on the genetic distance, Nei minimum method showed the highest accuracy. Totally, markers used in this study could assign the individuals to their source population with 73 % accuracy.}, keywords = {Individuals assignment,genetic diversity,microsatellite markers,Iranian dog native}, title_fa = {بررسی انتساب افراد به جمعیت هایی از سگهای بومی ایران با استفاده از نشانگرهای ریزماهواره}, abstract_fa = {تست انتساب در تشخیص منشاء یک فرد، ارزیابی تمایز جمعیتی و پزشک قانونی اهمیت به سزایی دارد. در این تحقیق به بررسی برخی از معیارهای تنوع ژنتیکی، مقایسه روشهای مختلف انتساب و نحوه انتساب افراد به 8 جمعیت از سگهای بومی کشور (کردی، سرابی، سنگسری، تازی، بختیاری، بومی کردستان، بومی البرز و بومی خراسان) با استفاده از 13 جفت نشانگر ریزماهواره (C26.73320؛ CXX.6727,10,18؛ FH20609,20؛ FH20169,20؛ FH2790؛ FH2795؛ FH2914؛ FH3053؛ REN59H07؛ REN87O21؛ REN126A15؛ REN144M10؛ REN86G15) پرداخته شد. به این منظور نمونههای خون و بافت از جمعیتهای بومی کشور بدست آمده و استخراج DNA از خون به روش استخراج نمکی و از بافت نیز با استفاده از روش تغییر یافته هضم آنزیمی صورت گرفت. با توجه به نتایج، بیشترین میزان هتروزیگوسیتی در جمعیت کردی (72/0) و کمترین آن در جمعیت سنگسری (53/0) مشاهده شد. برای مطالعه انتساب افراد به جمعیتهای مربوطه از 7 روش متفاوت استفاده شد. در بین روشهای مبتنی بر درستنمایی، روش بیزی  Baudouin & Lebrun (2001) و در بین روشهای مبتنی بر فاصله ژنتیکی روش حداقل Nei (1973) بیشترین صحت را نشان دادند. مجموعاً نشانگرهای مورد استفاده توانستهاند در 73 درصد موارد در انتساب افراد به جمعیت مبداشان موفق عمل نمایند.}, keywords_fa = {انتساب افراد,تنوع ژنتیکی,نشانگر ریزماهواره,سگ بومی}, url = {https://jab.uk.ac.ir/article_1320.html}, eprint = {https://jab.uk.ac.ir/article_1320_b9bc07ab2ab31957f1e265dbca011329.pdf} }
