A three-generation resource population was developed by using two distinct Japanese quail strains, wild (meat type) and white (layer type). Eight pairs of white and wild birds were crossed reciprocally and 34 F1 birds were produced. The F1 birds were intercrossed to generate 422 F2 offspring. Phenotypic data including weight of organs were collected on F2 birds. All of the animals from three generations (472 birds) were genotyped for eight microsatellite markers on chromosome 1. QTL analysis was performed with least square regression interval mapping method fitting three various statistical models. Significant QTL were identified for pre-stomach weight, uropygial gland weight, bursa of fabricius weight, gizzard weight, percentage of pre-stomach, percentage of intestine, percentage of uropygial gland and percentage of bursa of fabricius. The proportion of the F2 phenotypic variation explained by the significant additive, dominance and imprinted QTL effects ranged from 4.06 to 7.29%, 1.96 to 4.65% and 2.7 to 6.25%, respectively. The results of this study show that there are quantitative trait loci associated with weight and percentage of internal organs on chromosome 1 in Japanese quail, but more studies are needed to better understand genetic structure of these traits.}, keywords = {Japanese quail,Quantitative Trait Loci,microsatellite markers,F2 design}, title_fa = {شناسایی جایگاه های ژنی مرتبط با وزن و نسبت اندام های داخلی بدن روی کروموزوم شماره 1 بلدرچین ژاپنی}, abstract_fa = {هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی نواحی ژنومی مرتبط با وزن و نسبت اندام های داخلی بدن روی کروموزوم شماره 1 در یک جمعیت F2 بلدرچین ژاپنی بود. بدین منظور یک جمعیت سه نسلی از تلاقی دوجانبه دو سویه سفید (تخمگذار) و وحشی (گوشتی) بلدرچین ژاپنی ایجاد شد. 8 جفت بلدرچین سفید و وحشی تلاقی داده شد و تعداد 34 پرنده F1 تولید شد. از تلاقی پرندگان F1 تعداد 422 پرنده F2 تولید شد. رکوردهای فنوتیپی مربوط به وزن ارگانهای مختلف پرندگان نسل F2 ثبت شدند. تمامی پرندگان مربوط به هر سه نسل (472) برای 8 نشانگر ریزماهواره موجود بر روی کروموزوم 1 تعیین ژنوتیپ شدند. آنالیز QTL به روش مکانیابی درون فاصلهای مبتنی بر رگرسیون انجام گردید. پس از آنالیز، QTL های معنیداری برای وزن پیش معده، وزن غده یوروپیجیال، وزن بورسفابریسیوس، وزن سنگدان، درصد پیشمعده نسبت به وزن لاشه، درصد روده، درصد غده یوروپیجیال و درصد بورسفابریسیوس شناسایی گردید. واریانس QTL برآورد شده در پژوهش حاضر برای QTL های با اثر افزایشی در محدوده 29/7 – 06/4 درصد، برای QTL های با اثر غلبه در محدوده 65/4 – 96/1 درصد و برای QTL های با اثر ایمپرینتینگ در محدوده 25/6 – 7/2 درصد بود. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می دهد که جایگاههای ژنی مؤثری بر وزن و درصد ارگانهای داخلی بدن روی کروموزوم 1 بلدرچین وجود دارد ولی برای درک بهتر ساختار ژنتیکی این صفات به مطالعات بیشتری نیاز است}, keywords_fa = {بلدرچین ژاپنی,جایگاه صفات کمی,نشانگرهای ریزماهواره,طرح F2}, url = {https://jab.uk.ac.ir/article_1346.html}, eprint = {https://jab.uk.ac.ir/article_1346_817b492480fdf38169d6a863ae736ef2.pdf} }
