Peer Review Process
All manuscripts are reviewed by the editor and members of the Editorial Board and at least 2 qualified outside reviewers (Double Blind Peer Review). Contributions to Agricultural Biotechnology Journal must report original research and will be subjected to review by referees at the discretion of the Editorial Board Office. Decisions will be made as rapidly as possible, and the journal strives to return reviewers’ comments to authors within 6-8 weeks after manuscript reception. A reviewed paper returned to the authors for revision must be returned to the editor within 14 days (two weeks). The revised manuscript is returned to the reviewers for confirming corrections. If not, the paper may be treated as a new submission. Under unusual circumstances, editors may extend the revision deadline beyond 14 days. The Editorial Board and Chief-Editor will re-review corrected (revised) manuscripts that are accepted pending revision. The Chief-Editor will notify the author(s) of the final decision of acceptance or rejection.
