تاثیر سطوح مختلف عصاره‌های چای سبز و رزماری بر عملکرد رشد، خصوصیات لاشه، آنزیم‌های کبدی و بیان ژن‌های اینترلوکین- 6 و اینترفرون گاما در جوجه‌های گوشتی راس 308

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر عصاره­ چای سبز و رزماری بر عملکرد رشد، ویژگی‌های لاشه، پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی خون، پایداری اکسیداتیو گوشت و بیان ژن­های اینترلوکین -6 و گاما اینترفرون در جوجه­های گوشتی تغذیه شده با جیره بر پایه ذرت- سویا انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: از طرح کاملا تصادفی در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل 3 × 3 با 9 تیمار و 4 تکرار در هر تیمار استفاده شد که هر تکرار شامل 15 پرنده بود (مجموعاً 540 جوجه گوشتی سویه راس 308). جیره­های مورد مطالعه شامل جیره شاهد (بدون عصاره) و سطوح 5/0 و 1 گرم بر کیلوگرم از هر یک از عصاره­های چای سبز و رزماری بود.
نتایج: یافته­های آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از عصاره رزماری باعث افزایش مصرف خوراک، افزایش وزن و بهبود ضریب تبدیل خوراک در انتهای دوره پرورش جوجه­های گوشتی می­شود (05/0>P). تیمار دارای 5/0 گرم بر کیلوگرم عصاره رزماری دارای بهترین شاخص تولید (05/0>P) بود. استفاده از این عصاره­ها در جیره جوجه­های گوشتی تأثیر معنی­داری بر آنزیم های کبدی داشت (05/0>P). این عصاره­ها باعث کاهش مقدار مالون دی آلدهاید در جوجه‌های گوشتی شد (05/0>P). سطوح مختلف این ترکیبات گیاهی، بیان ژن­های کبدی اینترلوکین -6 و گاما اینترفرون را افزایش داد.
نتیجه­گیری: به طور کلی می‌توان گفت که جیره حاوی 5/0 گرم بر کیلوگرم عصاره رزماری بیشترین تاثیر را در بهبود عملکرد رشد، پایداری اکسیداتیو گوشت و بیان ژن‌های کبدی در جوجه‌های گوشتی دارد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of green tea and rosemary extracts and their mixtures on growth performance, carcass characteristics, blood biochemical parameters, oxidative stability of meat and expression of interleukin-6 genes and interferon gamma in broiler chickens.
 
 
Materials and methods
Birds fed on a Corn-Soybean. The study was conducted in a completely randomized design with a 3 × 3 factorial arrangement with 9 treatments and 4 replications, each replication containing 15 birds. (540 Ross 308 broiler chickens). The experimental diets included the control diet (without extracts) and the levels of 0.5 and 1 g / kg extracts of green tea and rosemary.
 
Results
The results showed that the use of mixture of rosemary extracts increased feed intake, increased weight and improved feed conversion ratio at the end of broiler chickens breeding (P<0.05). Among the experimental groups, 0.5 rosemaryextract (g/kg of feed) had the best production index (P<0.05). The use of these extracts in the diet of broiler chickens has significant effect on liver enzyme (P<0.05).These exteracts reduce the amount of malondialdehyide produced in the drumsticks of broiler chickens (P<0.05). The different levels of these plant compounds increased the expression ofinterleukin-6 and gamma interferon liver genes.
 
Conclusions
In general, it can be stated that the mixture containing 0.5 rosemary extract (g/kg of feed) has the most effect on performance improvement, oxidative stability of meat and expression of liver genes in broiler chickens.
